Haven't had anything good to put up in a while so I thought that I would make a very vague, Cliff-hanger-esque announcement. I happen to be making a Sonic fan game that will be a prequel to something. All I will say is that my brother and I are working on it (My brother happens to be talented musician and I make Badniks and Backgrounds) and so far we have finished the first Background and the first song for the game.

For those who may be new to Deviantart or those that may be new to viewing the Masterful1 profile:

   Sonow is an original creation by TOG and I, Bigjob, originally meant for Super Mario Bros. Z; however after the show was cancelled we saw Sonow as just another spritesheet that would be interesting to make and expand upon. Sonow is in no way akin to the original creation Shadic, Sonow has a different name, of course, but more importantly a different persona: He is a generally darker tone with a darker personality, and he likes to play it dirty when it comes to fighting, as you can see from the "Sparta Kick" in the spritesheet.

   All in all, Sonow is a fan fusion character for all to enjoy, and, of course, if you want to use him in any project just give credit.

I recently, by the slightest of chances, came upon one of the greatest sonic fan games to ever exist. Sonic Before the Sequel '12, the aforementioned game, is one that I find highly acceptable due to its recreation of everything that made sonic great in the Genesis Era. If you enjoyed the genesis Sonic games you should definitely check this game out...

News have been heard that Deviant Art is now removing Sonic Spriting. Some people's sheet's have been removed from their gallery, you could be next. Maybe you already have some of your sprite's removed. It isn't fair, some of us can't draw or have a passion in spriting. We have worked long and too hard for our work to be removed, what is so wrong with spriting? There are thousands of people who sprite and they are pro's, better than us, people who use paint instead of Photoshop, GIMP, ETC:. if you enjoy Sonic Spirting and think the rights of Sonic Spiriting should be saved, copy this paragraph and wright in your next journal. Put your journal title as,"SAVE THE RIGHTS OF SONIC SPRITING!" Then paste this into your journal and send it to the world. Deviant art needs to know how many people support Sonic Spiriting and it must be stoped. DO IT NAO! BEFORE ITS TO LATE!

It's a little early for new years, but I thought I might put my resolution out there... As previous co-owner of this account and current solitary owner of this account, I plan to pick up where T.O.G left off and continue working on spriting/flash projects. My only issue is the fact that, although I may only be in High School, I take college courses, so it may take me much longer to get anything done than T.O.G ever took. I'm soory for the long fall-out and I'm glad to be back to continue the work T.O.G put in to this account...
